If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (such as a school or educational institution), you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization, and you represent that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.

Subscription and Payments

Buddy with Me may offer subscription plans or other paid services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. User Content

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials available through the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buddy with Me disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buddy with Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of New Jersey.

Modifications to Terms

Indemnification
